Terms of sale

Version of 12 September 2026

These are the terms on which Jewelry Art Education sells online courses on jewelryart.education. By paying for a course you accept these terms, just as if you had signed a contract.

Parties

The seller is EI Bohdana Shkin (sole trader, France; SIRET 952 749 992 00022), who runs Jewelry Art Education; contact email jewelryart.education@gmail.com. The buyer is a person with legal capacity who has paid for a course on the site.

What you buy

The school gives you access to an online course — video lessons, written materials, homework and reviews — in your personal dashboard on the site. The course contents, access period and price are those shown on the course page at the time of payment.

Ordering and access

  • You choose a course and tier and pay on the site's checkout page. The contract is concluded once the payment succeeds.
  • Access opens automatically right after payment; a sign-in link is sent to the email you gave at checkout. If it hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and write to us.
  • Access is personal: you may not share it, pass it on, or take the course together with others under one sign-in.
  • You need a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser; the school is not responsible for your equipment or connection.

Price and payment

  • Prices are shown in euros on the course page and may differ between language versions of the site. The price is fixed at the moment of payment.
  • Payment is 100% in advance, by card or any other method offered in the Stripe form. Card details are handled by Stripe; the school never sees or stores them.
  • The school may change prices, but not for courses already paid for.
  • If you have agreed to pay in instalments and an instalment is late, the school may suspend access until payment is complete.

Refunds

A 14-day refund guarantee from the date of payment applies — see “Payment and refund guarantee”.

By starting the course immediately after payment, you agree to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that the legal 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). The school's guarantee applies regardless, within its conditions.

The school's commitments

  • To provide access to the course as described for the whole access period.
  • To answer questions about the course by email.
  • To tell you about changes to the course by email or in your dashboard.

The school may update lessons and add or replace materials, provided the course does not become worse as a result.

Rules for students

  • Course materials are for your personal learning only. You may not record, copy, translate or distribute lessons and materials, use them commercially, or use them to create a similar course.
  • You may not give your access to anyone else.
  • In discussions and reviews, treat other participants and teachers with respect.
  • If these rules are broken (in particular by sharing access or distributing materials), the school may close access without a refund.

Reviews and student work

The school may ask you for a review. We publish reviews, photos of your work or your name only with your permission.

Liability

  • The school is not liable for interruptions in access caused by factors outside its control (internet, hosting or payment outages), but restores access as quickly as possible.
  • Learning results depend on your own practice; the school does not guarantee a specific result but undertakes to provide the materials as described.
  • Neither party is liable in cases of force majeure.

Personal data

How the school processes your data is described in the Privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

The school may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Courses already paid for remain under the version in force at the time of payment.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection given by the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence. We first try to settle any dispute by correspondence — write to jewelryart.education@gmail.com. If we cannot reach an agreement, the dispute goes to the competent court.
