The simplest way, available from anywhere in the world:
1. The internet (enamels and tools are sold there too).

On a bank's website. As bars or granules. For jewellery work, granules are more convenient.

Search Google for:
"buy silver granules" or
"buy silver bars"

2. Offline (often attached to a jewellery shop) or an online shop of tools for jewellers. They sell silver in granules.
Price: from 31.50 UAH per gram (as of December 2023).

3. In an ordinary bank, buy a bar.

4. At flea markets (in Lviv, "Vernisage") buy a silver spoon, a fork, scrap silver. But this is risky: through inexperience you can easily buy the wrong thing.

At least 30–40 grams.

After that, you sell a piece and buy a little more.

The more metal you have in circulation, the easier it is.
